Roofing/Heavy Demolition Dumpster Rental – 14 Yard – 8,000lb weight limit

Description

Dumpster rental for 14 yard dumpsters used for roofing tear-offs and associated demolition debris, and/or heavy demolition loads exceeding 3 tons. Rental includes 1 week on-site (Ex: Monday to Monday), and disposal up to 4 tons.

• Roofing/heavy demolition dumpster rentals are for projects expected to exceed 3 tons of roofing/demolition materials.
• 14 yard roofing dumpsters accommodate up to 45 squares of shingles.
• Total weight may not exceed 5 tons, loads over 5 tons cannot be legally transported by our trucks.
• You may rent the dumpster less than 1 week, by selecting an earlier pick-up date.
• Additional days/weeks can be purchased by selecting a pick-up date later than 1-week. Each additional day is $10, the weekly rate is $65.
• Roofing/Heavy demolition dumpster booking online is restricted in the spring time when road weight restrictions are in effect. Please contact our office to order during the spring so that we can verify the load can be transported without violating road restrictions.

Roofing tear-off/heavy demolition dumpsters may only be used for roofing and/or heavy demolition debris (small amounts of concrete/brick allowed with approval). 10 yard dumpsters are also available below, however the same 5 ton weight limit applies; using a 10 yard dumpster for roofing materials is cautioned against unless the roof is under 20 squares and the lower sides of the 10 yard are required.

Absolutely no mixing of household trash, furniture, clothing, food waste, etc. is allowed in roofing dumpsters due to the high cost of trash (MSW) disposal of mixed loads. If household waste is found to have been put in the dumpster, the prohibited items will be removed and left on site, which could result in additional labor costs. All online orders are subject to a refundable deposit that varies by dumpster size and use. This deposit is used in the event the load is over the weight limit, trip fees due to blocked containers, or non-compliance with loading requirements or prohibited items. We process the deposit refund as soon as rental terms compliance are verified by our office (generally within 24 hours of pick-up), bank processing times may be as long as 7-10 business days.
