We’ve refined our trip fee pricing for 2026, effective January 20, 2026.
Trip fees allow us to continue offering our best pricing within our primary service area, while still providing reliable rentals outside of that area. These fees help offset the additional time, mileage, and disposal logistics required when servicing locations farther from our service hubs.
It’s also important to note that some areas – while not especially far away – are considered “transfer station deserts,” with limited or no nearby disposal options. In these cases, trip fees help cover not only delivery and pickup, but also the added mileage required to transport debris to the appropriate disposal facility. With local disposal ordinances (particularly in Ramsey and Washington counties), these costs can add up quickly.
Services outside of our regular and extended service areas are provided on a case-by-case basis. Please give us a call to discuss.
What’s Changing
-
Most customers in our primary north metro service area will see no pricing changes.
-
Customers in Plymouth and Maple Grove west of I-494, as well as Edina and Minnetonka, will see a new $40 trip fee.
-
Trip fees have been reduced in some rural areas, including East Bethel and Stacy.
-
St. Francis has been added back into our service area.
-
We’ve expanded demolition debris rental service to additional areas in Chisago County.
-
Online booking is now available for customers in Scandia, Stillwater, Lake Elmo, and Woodbury. These areas were temporarily removed from online booking during COVID when demand exceeded capacity.
How Trip Fees Are Determined
Service areas and trip fees are based on average time and distance by ZIP code from our service hubs. In some cases, such as locations near the edge of a ZIP code or with easy access off major routes, a lower trip fee may be appropriate. If you believe this applies to your location, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to discuss.
