Dumpster Placement Instructions

Please describe where you would like the dumpster placed on your property. Ex: Close to street, left side of driveway, in front of third garage door, etc. as viewed from the street.

Early Delivery

Please select whether earlier delivery (generally 1-2 days) is acceptable if a dumpster is available sooner than expected. There is no extra fee if we deliver early.

Description

Dumpster rental for 10 yard dumpsters used for roofing tear-offs and associated demolition debris, and/or heavy demolition (such as brick or concrete with re-bar) loads exceeding 2.25 tons. Rental includes 1 week on-site (Ex: Monday to Monday), and disposal up to 5 tons.

  • Roofing/heavy demolition dumpster rentals are for dumpsters expected to exceed 2.25 tons of roofing/demolition materials, and are by default dumped at a landfill rather than transfer stations or recycling facilities due to their weight.
  • Total weight may not exceed 5 tons, loads over 5 tons cannot be legally transported by our trucks.
  • You may rent the dumpster less than 1 week, by selecting an earlier pick-up date. There are not currently discounts available for shorter rental periods.
  • Additional days/weeks can be purchased by selecting a pick-up date later than 1-week. Each additional day is $10, the weekly rate is $65.

Roofing tear-off/heavy demolition dumpsters may only be used for roofing and/or demolition debris. If you wish to place any household waste, furniture, clothing, etc. in the dumpster, please see the other items below, and order the applicable waste dumpster. 14 yard dumpsters are also available below.

State demolition taxes are included in the price displayed. If household waste is found to have been put in the dumpster, the prohibited items will be removed and left on site, which could result in additional labor costs. All online orders are subject to a refundable deposit that varies by dumpster size and use. This deposit is used in the event the load is over the weight limit, trip fees due to blocked containers, or non-compliance with loading requirements or prohibited items. We process the deposit refund as soon as rental terms compliance are verified by our office (generally within 24 hours of pick-up), bank processing times may be as long as 7-10 business days. If you do not wish to pay the deposit using online ordering, please call our office to order your dumpster.
